The hotel is conveniently located near various restaurants and gelato shops. the host offers excellent recommendations for places to visit and restaurants to dine at. the room is nicely decorated with thoughtful touches like fresh fruit on arrival. the breakfast delivered to the room is a delicious way to start the day.
Despite the hotel's central location, the surrounding area can be quite deserted during the day.

Christmas at this hotel was alright. The location was convenient to the things we wanted to do, and we received two holiday packages upon check-in. The rooms were nice and clean, and airing out the room for a few hours helped reduce the cigarette smoke smell.
Our stay was not pleasant overall. We had issues with the thermostat, and adjusting the temperature was impossible.

The location of the hotel was very convenient and close to the business meeting venue. the room was clean and comfortable with a nice view of the city. the staff was also friendly and accommodating, providing us with a complimentary breakfast each morning.
The overall experience was not satisfactory due to the lack of amenities and poor customer service. the hotel did not have a gym, pool, or spa facilities, which was disappointing as we expected these facilities during our business trip.
